OneCrop had successfully been nominated to become one of 10 finalists in the 2018 Future Food Asia Award.
The Future Food Asia Awards, showcase Asia Pacific’s top start-ups and innovators leading disruption in the Agri-food value chain. FFAA is APAC’s one-of-a-kind focused platform to meet AgriTech and FoodTech enthusiasts and hear informed perspectives on what it takes to disrupt the food value-chain.
Andrew Logan OneCrop CEO attended the event in Singapore to meet the organisers and present in person to the audience and judging panel with the rest of the FFAA finalists. The presentation (shown in the above video) explains in more detail what makes us different, what we strive to achieve as a business, how it will benefit the world farming community not only in yield but also sustainability and how we use available technology to deliver a cost effective solution that is viable and is ready to use immediately.
At the end of the all the presentations the judging panel deliberated on what was an outstanding array of companies that had many innovative products and services that would benefit the world of agriculture.
After a short interlude it was announced that OneCrop was the 2018 winner of the Future Food Award’s $100,000.00 USD prize. Andrew Logan proudly accepted the award on behalf of OneCrop and its team back in Australia, Andrew said it was a great privilege to win such an award and that being able to showcase the companies innovation on the world stage would help us reach a wider audience and show what OneCrop’s products can actually do to help increasing demand for food production throughout the world.
